How do I receive my digital files after purchase?
Immediately after checkout, you will receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your purchased STL files anytime through your 3DKitbash account dashboard.
Do the 3D models require support structures?
Most of our models are engineered to be 'support-free' to ensure a clean print and easy cleanup. Please check the specific product description for any unique printing requirements.
What is your policy on refunds for digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you encounter a technical issue with a file, please contact our support team for a replacement or fix.
Can I sell the physical prints I make from your files?
Our standard digital files are for personal use only. If you are interested in selling physical prints of 3DKitbash designs, please contact us regarding our commercial licensing programs.
What 3D printers are compatible with your files?
Our STL files are universal and compatible with most FDM and Resin 3D printers. We recommend using updated slicing software like Cura, PrusaSlicer, or Chitubox for the best results.
Are your models scaled for specific tabletop games?
While our models come at a default scale, they are high-resolution files that can be easily scaled up or down in your slicing software to fit your specific gaming or display needs.
